I help business owners focus on their passions and organize the moving pieces behind the scenes. But, unlike other project managers, I make sure their business muse remains an active part of the process. I often see blindspots that business owners miss and gently guide them back to their soul mission. I help them turn their wisdom into tangible real world products, programs, and offerings. I can tune into the future landscape of their work and show them what is possible. My work isn’t performative, it’s collaborative.

Having a website requires regular updating and maintenance. I’ll make sure your website is reflective of current offerings, prices, and information.

Answering emails and inquiries take some time and effort. I make sure you see the more important emails and take care of the rest.

I manage your schedule, so all you have to do is show up.

Hosting virtual events is the norm these days, but that doesn’t mean you don’t need help. I make sure everything is running smoothly on the backend while you’re presenting.
Marketing/Communications

Having a beautiful brand kit for your business is wonderful - not using it strategically isn't. I make sure your visual identity is consistent, marketing media content is streamlined, and messaging stays aligned with your branding across internal and external channels.

I create customer-facing content, including printed items (cards, brochures, flyers, signage, etc) and web-based assets (social media graphics, website banners, landing pages, downloadable PDF's, etc).

I draft newsletters, announcement emails, and automate emails workflows. But, honestly, I dislike most "email marketing" because emails shouldn't simply just be about selling a new offering, product, or service. Most people want to know the person behind the business. I'll help make sure you connect with your audience on a personal level, not a robotic one.
